Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of https://circleoptionlab.com and everything served from it. "We" and "us" mean 5 Circles Private Limited, U74999MH2021PTC355742, registered office [object Object]. "You" means the person using the product.
Using the product means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using it.
What we provide
Access to analytics tools on the terms of your plan. We do not undertake that the product will be available without interruption, that market data will be timely or correct, or that any output will be profitable. 5 Circles Private Limited is registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst, registration number INH000020004.
What you agree to
To give accurate account information and to keep your password to yourself. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
Not to share, resell or redistribute the product's output or its market data, which we license from third parties and cannot sub-license to you.
Not to scrape, automate against, or attempt to extract the underlying data feed, and not to circumvent any access control or plan limit.
Not to use the product to provide investment advice to anyone else, unless you are separately registered to do so.
To make your own decisions. Every trade you place is yours, made on your own judgement and at your own risk.
Intellectual property
The software, its interface, its written content and its analytics are ours. Market data belongs to the exchanges and vendors it comes from. Strategies and journal entries you create are yours, and you grant us only the permission needed to store and display them back to you.
Liability
We are not liable for trading losses, for decisions taken using the product, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may close yours at any time by writing to info@5circles.co; what happens to your data then is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at TO BE CONFIRMED have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here displaces your rights under SEBI regulations or your access to the grievance and dispute-resolution routes set out on the Grievance Redressal page.
