Refund & Cancellation Policy

When a subscription can be cancelled and what is refundable.

Draft — not yet reviewed This page is a working draft. It has not been reviewed or approved by a SEBI compliance advisor, and the items marked TO BE CONFIRMED are facts that have not been supplied yet. It is served noindex, so search engines will not list it. Do not rely on it.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time by writing to info@5circles.co from the address on the account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds

TO BE CONFIRMED — this needs a decision before the page can be published, and it should be the policy you will actually honour rather than the one that reads best. Whatever it is, it has to say plainly: what makes a payment refundable, how long the window is, what is deducted, and how long the money takes to come back.

Where a payment is refunded, it is returned to the instrument it came from. Bank timelines after that are not ours to control.

What is not refundable

Fees for a period already used, and any charge levied by a payment gateway or bank, are not refundable. A subscription is not refundable on the grounds that the analysis did not produce a profit — the product provides tools, and makes no representation about returns.

If something goes wrong with a payment

Write to info@5circles.co with the transaction reference. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, the Grievance Redressal page sets out how to escalate, including the routes available to you at SEBI.
